ABBEAM AMPOMAH DANSO
Abbeam is the founder of Direct Access Ghana. He is a successful serial entrepreneur and has founded and developed a number of businesses across industries and sectors in Ghana and the UK. Among his business portfolio includes Abbeam Real Estate, Abbeam Live stocks, Abbeam Microfinance, Abbeam Media and Film production, Abbeam Radio and TV Stations and Abbeam Filter Water. The most notable ofAbbeam's accomplishments is the establishment of astate of the art Abbeam Institute of Technology – a university college with the vision of producing transformational leaders.
His business endeavours and achievements have enabled him to build strong and very influential networks spanning the highest level to the grass-roots influencers and decision makers. He has also built strategic relationships across political and business arenas. He is highly experienced in varied industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Gold & Diamond trading, Education and Agriculture.
He is also social entrepreneur with a passion to bring real change through community and human development. This has earned him accolades on both community and national levels, which has led to him being honoured as the development chief in his native town, and a mandate from the office of the President of Ghana.
Evelyn has very strong and deep public sector (governmental and non-governmental) knowledge and experience, having worked through the ranks from administrative assistant to senior management in both the Republic of Ghana and UK. She has also acted as a Management Consultant for various public sector organisations in the UK.
She has a vast and varied experience in Ghana where she worked for such notable organisations as the YWCA National Council of Ghana and the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA). She has also been instrumental in the set up and implementation of a state of the art university in Ghana, overseeing and negotiating international accreditation across the US and Europe; making this university one of a kind in Ghana currently.
In addition, Evelyn has been involved in the set-up and management of various private sector organisations in utilities, construction and microfinance. Evelyn has a vast capacity to learn and has achieved numerous professional qualifications over the years, including an MBA from Cambridge.
Louise holds a BSC Psychology from Bristol University andan MBA from Henley Management College. She started professional life in marketing consulting, working for blue chip organisations nationally and internationally.
She then moved into management consulting working for the likes of Accenture (then Anderson Consultancy UK) and IBM. Where she honed her skills in business transformation and change: specialising in aligning organisational processes with business goals and strategy in telecommunications, engineering and manufacturing MNE's.
Louise possesses strong client engagement skills,coupled with analytical and innovative approach to projects and stakeholder relations management. All of which she utilises to ensure the development and delivery of projects and strategic objectives.
In more recent years, Louise has been involved in all aspects of property, founding Tailored-Moves Ltd which locates property development, investment and end-user units for HNW's, UHNW's, Corporate Clients and Property Developers.
Ma Li has over 20 years business experience. He was formerly the Vice President of Transworld Consulting Group a U.S. based market-entry consultancy helping U.S. companies develop short-term and long-term business goals in China. Similarly as a Director at the Trade Promotion Council and the China Mobile Communication Association, he helped foreign companies introduce products and technologies into China.
He has extensive global connections and his experience spans across steel, private equity- his role here was as an Investment Analyst for Nomura-Citic International Consulting, mobile communications, M&A, operations management and international trade. He is currently focussed on taking Chinese funds (FDI) and companies into the African Continent, specific sector of interest is Property & Construction infrastructural projects.
Ma Li has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing University, and an MBA from China-USA Business School.
Michael is finance professional with a considerable experience in the African markets gained from working with a number of pan African focused fund managers including Nubuke Investments as a Portfolio Analyst. At Nubuke he gained an in-depth knowledge of the African (both frontier and emerging) markets and economies; providing industry, markets analytics and risk management systems in the firm's strategic investment decision processes.
He has also worked as fund raising strategist with non-profit organisation such as African Cancer
Organisation and founded Gold Fish Capital - a pan African focused investment and deal making company.
Michael has MBA from Heriot Watt Edinburgh Business School and a BSc Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Ghana. He is currently a CFA level 2 candidate.
Graham specialises in strategic marketing and business development. He has over 15 years' experience in property and construction andacross multiple global regions including Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and China. Graham had assisted companies, consultants and investors in market penetration, diversification, deal making and merger and acquisitions.
He is also a contributor to publications on strategic marketing and business development and has spoken at numerous conferences on branding and business planning.
Specific sectors of expertise include transportation, energy infrastructure, hospitality and commercial developments. Graham is currently acting as Marketing and Business Development lead for a major UK consultant and operates on behalf of specialist healthcare consultants and energy developers through his consultancy business The EN Group.
Ndubuisi has provided strategic and technical consultation for firms ranging from start-ups to large cap multinationals, in South Asia, Western Europe, North America, the Caribbean, and across Africa. Which has resulted in invites to give keynote speeches and share his market insights on pertinent television programmes, business conferences and academic institutions including Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
He has delivered value in the form of efficiencies, tangible engineered technologies, growth and implementation strategies in financial services, renewable energy, and telecommunication and consumer electronics. Accolades from his past initiatives include six-figures in prize money and commercial sponsorship, awards from Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), J.P. Morgan and General Electric, and the Lincoln Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Ndubuisi has an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, where while studying he was part of an engineering project in military reconnaissance that competed with a national defence agency. He is managing partner at De Charles LLP a firm he co-founded to accelerate growth in emerging markets.
An experienced international business consultant with a deep knowledge of the African market gained whilst helping foreign investors identify and gain entry into the African mining, telecommunication, oil and construction industry. Dan also has experience in sourcing and raising funds for large African companies such as Supercell, Bel Moore and Government state owned mining companies in DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo). Further projects include involvement in Government funded construction project such as the Deep sea Port in Congo and the Gas pipe line in Nigeria.
He brings with him a solid network of contacts including investment banks in China and key decision makers within the African Government from his work with both parties to develop key economic development plans in line with targets set by the IMF and World Bank for developing countries.
Dan Wangi currently holds an LLB in Law, A Recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh Award for his service to the community and former Corporate Liaison Officer for Staffordshire Bright future.

Irene is focused and competent and focused and holds a BSc in Computer Science from Brunel University. She is multi-skilled and is also well-versed and experienced in the subjects of Media, IT, photography and retail.
She heads much of the Chairman's media projects, including film, where she assumes the role of programme editor, live broadcast director and executive producer as of and when necessary
Adwoa is very passionate about the vision of Direct Access Ghana and through her self-motivation, focused attitude and principled approach, her role within the company has proven to be invaluable.
Media Production Manager
Michael started his career studying Business Accounting in Accra, Ghana. On completion, his creative zeal led him to the field of media production; where he acquired skills and knowledge in the use of top software programmes such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
Michael currently works on a number of independent movie and documentary
productions as part of Abbeam Productions.A cinematographer, director, graphic designer, photographer and editor, Michael's role is to manage the media department and ensure that media publication is filmed, produced and edited to standard
